The staff were helpful and cute. The private onsens were fine and perfect after a long day of snowboarding. The location on top of the hill was ideal and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed the nearby ski fields and the staff recommended a dogsled tour that was really fun.

Had a decent weekend stay at a country hotel. The traditional rooms were comfortable and the staff were warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the private onsen, which was very well maintained and clean. The highlight was the kaiseki-style dinner and breakfast, which were delicious and satisfying. The hotel is located near a ski field and golf course.
The hotel is quite old and outdated, which is not to everyone's taste. The rooms were poorly lit and had no views of the mountain, which was a bit disappointing.

The hot springs at this hotel were fantastic. There were different themes to choose from and it was a great way to relax after a long day. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating. the location offered easy access to nearby ski fields and other attractions.
Our experience during Christmas at this hotel was not what we hoped for. the room was quite outdated and not very comfortable.

the staff were extremely welcoming and polite, guiding me to my room with great care. I was impressed with the traditional room design and comfortable futon bed. the private onsens were a highlight of my stay, with 11 different themes to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the onsen on top of the hill, with its breathtaking views and shuttle service. Breakfast and dinner were a treat, with a multi-course kaiseki style and friendly staff.
The hotel might not be suitable for those who prefer modern amenities.
